90,000 SF two-story building with a mezzanine. The project included core and shell improvement, demolition of 10,000 SF of mezzanine, all wood cladding, and numerous structural upgrades, all new HVAC and boiler room, LED lighting, breakroom with sliding doors, roofing, glass facade, new landscaping, sidewalks, colored concrete, amenities area and glass curtain walls. It also included the renovation of existing restroom cores with all new finishes and modernization of existing elevator.
