Located in Beverly Hills this office renovation project included repositioning of the lobby with upgraded finishes and exterior improvements to the entrance plaza with new paving, planters, canopy, and landscaping. We also upgraded the structure with a seismic retrofit consisting of fluid viscous dampers and FRP wrapping of existing columns & beams.
