The tenant improvement scope consisted of converting the existing office space to a yoga and mindfulness studio, including high-end finishes such as acoustical plaster throughout the ceiling at studio, venetian plaster in main walls, full MEP installation, new main skylight in the studio, and millwork package while conserving the historic key elements in the building.
