Scott is a veteran construction industry professional with over 30 years in the industry.

As Chief Risk Officer, Ken oversees and manages all corporate risk for the Build Group of Companies. In addition to managing all contract negotiations, Ken is responsible for implementing company wide insurance programs and bonding requirements.

With over 32 years of experience in the construction industry, Tony brings an unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and the well-being of his teams.

As lead of Preconstruction for our enterprise, Brian oversees the company’s design-build initiatives, preconstruction performance, building aesthetic, and client cost expectations through all preconstruction stages and throughout operations on key projects. With 18+ years of industry experience, he is uniquely positioned to develop and lead a high-performing team that creates innovative logistical approaches and ensures timely project delivery. Brian’s unwavering commitment to excellence has supported our company’s growth over the past decade.

Eric co-founded Build Group with a mission to gather builders committed to making a real and definable difference in the communities they build in. His passion and creative spirit is fueled by his personal interests; being an avid surfer, former skateboarder, and overall life enthusiast.

Julie Baccelli is the Vice President of Acquisitions & Corporate Affairs.

Ron is a San Francisco native with more than 24 years in the industry. In the community, Ron serves on the board of the local YMCA and Cal Poly Construction Management Advisory Board. He also enjoys surfing and traveling.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Nathan is responsible for day-to-day leadership of Build Group. He continues to support Build Group’s core vision of building people, value, and trust. He works to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience, and enhance team member development initiatives across Build Group’s key geographies.

A third-generation California builder with nearly 40 years of industry experience. As Build Group co-founder, Ross is a visionary at heart, devoted to the daily business, his two kids, and a passion for competitive skiing and cycling.

Andrew Clark brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and is responsible for leading operations in Southern California. He has a Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) from USC.
