UCSF Mt Zion Cancer Center 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Floor Cosmetic Upgrades

This project included removal of existing finishes and installation of new finishes in exam rooms, waiting rooms, staff support spaces, offices, toilet rooms, and connecting corridors on the second, third, and fourth floor of the Cancer Center of Mt. Zion. In addition to paint, carpet, sheet vinyl, wall base and acroyvn wall and door protection, this scope included removal of wall accessories, and related wall patch. Our services included preconstruction sequencing of four phases per floor, infection control, logistics planning for the work during patient occupancy, off hours coordination, quality control, safety oversight, and personnel interface.
