The ValleyCare Medical Health Systems project included the complete reconfiguration of the decommissioned ValleyCare Hospital site. A 132,000 SF, two-story, concrete tilt-up building, and a two-story steel-frame building was constructed.
Phase I included a 30,000 SF, Surgery Center / Urgent Care Facility along with medical office space. Phase II, Lifestyles Center, included the construction of a cardiac rehabilitation and athletic club facility. Phase III consisted of the remodeling of the existing hospital into a medical office complex. Total value was $38 million.
