$4 million build-out at the 1 Hotel in West Hollywood. Utilizing an array of unique / reclaimed wood from around the country, the project included the renovation of an existing and occupied hotel including main lobby, pool deck and café, plus the addition of two new bars, a conference room and a state-of-the-art movie screening room.
