The 117,000 SF seismic renovation project encompassed three separate retail and office buildings with a common floor. The project included micropiles and grade beams in the basement with three concrete moment frames coming up through the building. All work was completed while the building remained fully occupied.

Flagship retail was built-out on the first and second floors for Longchamp, Sur La Table, Anne Fontaine, and 77 Maiden Lane Spa.
