After a water main ruptured on the 11th floor of an occupied high-rise, a past client called us to help. We were onsite immediately to develop and implement a plan accounting for the needs of management, city inspectors, OSHA, tenants, insurance policies, and trades. 140 units, nine corridors, five elevators, a gym, lobby, leasing office, mailroom, and two staircases were turned over in under four months – All while clearing spaces for any mold and ensuring a safe return for the tenants.
