5M-M2 – The George

The 5M project is a mixed-use development of new construction, rehabilitated and renovated existing buildings spanning a total of 1,697,600 SF of mixed-use space, subgrade vehicle and bicycle parking and various open space areas with associated streetscape improvements. Build Group provided construction services for Parcel M2, a 22-story residential tower with 288 units, spanning approximately 600,000 SF as well as below-grade parking, ground-level retail space and an exterior amenity deck.
