The Wilson project is a mixed-use remodel of a 100-year-old historic building in the mid-market district of downtown San Francisco and included 67,540 SF of tenant improvement. The project encompassed the preservation of an historical staircase and the restoration of the unique terracotta façade to its original color palette. The 9-story building includes 67 apartments with high-end finishes and wood flooring. A roof top terrace with fire pits, BBQ area, and dog walk/run area provide an outdoor escape for residents. A 1,279 SF gym is in the basement along with bike storage and maintenance space.
