Cinemark Theater Renovation – Westfield San Francisco Centre
San Francisco, CA
Constructed in 1914, this building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places has seen a lot of history. It has hosted Martin Luther King, Elvis Presley, Cal Berkeley basketball, and the Grateful Dead among others. For the next stage Build Group is upgrading the structure, MEPS systems, finishes, and creating offices and mixed-use where the auditorium used to be. In addition, the large theater and ballroom required extensive restoration. Our long list of specialized trade partners and knowledge of how to revive these buildings played a key part in the success for this new chapter for the building.
