Cinemark Theater Renovation – Westfield San Francisco Centre
San Francisco, CA
The Henry J. Kaiser Auditorium seismic retrofit revitalized a historic landmark in Downtown Oakland, initially built in 1913 in the Beaux-Arts style. The scale of the project is striking: The building spans 248,000 SF across three levels including a 7,000-person auditorium. Outside, a new promenade beneath seven revitalized historic dome-shaped sculptures overlooks Lake Merritt, offering a public event space.
