Nespresso Flagship Store

The first signature Nespresso Store in Union Square features a modern design in a 100-year-old building. Build Group did a complete structural rebuild of the first and second floors to make way for cafe and retail spaces. This was all done on a tight schedule while coordinating with vendors from all over the U.S. and Europe to source high-end finishes. A floating staircase that connects the two floors is the architectural highlight of this work.
