Construction and interior improvements of four building phased development, amassing a total of 600,000 SF+ of mixed use, industrial, office, and manufacturing / production space, including 30+ acres of sitework, on and around the previous Mercury News campus. LEED Gold

• Additional project @ 980 Ridder Park comprised of a 38,630 SF tenant improvement conversion of existing warehouse at Supermicro headquarters and converted office space, executive lunch areas and cafe. Plus additional site work and ADA upgrades.
