Complete removal of existing VCT, carpet and base to prepare existing substrate for new finishes in the area of work. Complete removal of existing reception desk. Provide and install new floor finishes and base trim in the area of work. Patch and repair a small section of wall. Refinish wood trim around existing stairs. Patch, repair and paint walls and ceiling in area of work.
